Tai Chi - War Memorial

Location: SF War Memorial - 401 Van Ness, Room 212

Tai Chi uses slow smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. While keeping your body in constant motion, this class is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.

Participants eligible to participate in these classes include: Employees and retirees of CCSF, CCD, USD, CRT, and all SFHSS members.

  • There is no cost for this class.
