WHAT’S A HEALTHY HABIT?

A healthy habit is anything you do consistently to enhance your well-being. There are lots of habits that can improve your health. Take the Live, Feel, and Be Better in 2018 Pledge and focus one or all of the following healthy habits:

5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Learn more.

Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity on 5 or more days each week. Learn more.

A relaxation routine that includes at least one minute of breathing or stretching. Learn more.

FIND YOUR MOTIVATION

The first step towards adopting new healthy habits is finding your ‘why.’

Identifying your motivation will not only help you to take that important first step but will also help you maintain those habits all year long. Remember that forming new habits and replacing old ones takes time and happens in steps. Use these tools to help you achieve success:
