Make RECHARGE a Priority
Focus on maintaining the momentum you’ve established to make relaxation and stress reduction a priority in your life. Continue to make RECHARGE breaks a priority.
By now, you’ve hopefully incorporated breathing and stretching breaks into key moments during your day. Keep up the practice but don’t be discouraged if you skip a few days or even a few weeks. Ups and downs are natural.
If you are finding it difficult to find time to both breathe and stretch, double dip (save time) by incorporating the belly breath into your stretching routine. Try it anywhere whether at your desk, on break or at home. Remember, choose the activities and times that have the most benefit to you and create a routine that works for you.
