Blue Shield of California and COVID-19 Coverage
Blue Shield of California (Access+ HMO and Trio HMO) have two additional resources where members can access virtual care or ask questions. Heal, available to Trio Members, which typically does home visits, is offering telehealth to members and will do home visits as long as no one in the household is exhibiting symptoms. You can access additional information on Heal’s COVID-19 response and services at www.heal.com.
Our Nurse line is also available to all Blue Shield of California's SFHSS members. It’s a great resource for members that have questions and would like to speak to a nurse.
