Boot Camp - Pier 1

Location: SF Port, Pier 1: The Embarcadero - Bayside Conference Room (1st Floor)

This class features a combination of intense full body workouts, resistance training and drills such as crunches, lunges, and sprints. Benefits include improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.

  • Please bring your own mat, hand weights, & water
