Due to COVID-19, our workplaces, job responsibilities, communication platforms, and team dynamics have gone through major changes. As we continue to respond to COVID-19, SFHSS realizes that supporting employee well-being will also look very different.

From the focus groups, we hope to understand and learn more about your department’s well-being needs. The product of the feedback collected from these focus groups will be used to develop a citywide employee COVID-19 Well-Being Survey.
