If you are an employee of the San Francisco Unified School District or City College of San Francisco or a Retiree and you have not yet Registered your Account (one-time only), visit the How to Enroll page to learn how to get started.

If you do not have access to SF My Hub or are a City College of San Francisco employee, you can make your Qualifying Life Event health benefits elections by downloading and returning a completed Enrollment Application Form
