Slow down, breathe deeply, and relax in this calming Sound Bath Meditation class. You’ll use gentle breathing, guided meditation, light movement, and soothing sound bowls to reduce stress and feel more at ease. Leave feeling calm, grounded, and with simple tools to help you manage daily stress.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited number of mats, as well as chairs and ottomans, will be available.
  • Space is limited, RSVP required
