Learn how to make healthy habits stick, from eating well to being more active to managing stress, and more. This workshop focuses on goal setting and action planning for behavior/habit changes associated with any Iifestyle factors.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn how to turn a lifestyle change into a habit.
- Discuss barriers and triggers for positive health changes.
- Make an action plan for your habit changes.
