The Healthy Habits Program-Cohort #3

Learn how to make healthy habits stick, from eating well to being more active to managing stress, and more. This workshop focuses on goal setting and action planning for behavior/habit changes associated with any Iifestyle factors.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn how to turn a lifestyle change into a habit.
  • Discuss barriers and triggers for positive health changes.
  • Make an action plan for your habit changes.
