SFFD HQ: Open Enrollment & Flu Shot Clinic

Get Your FREE Flu Shot!
To protect you, your family, and your co-workers from this year’s flu virus, we’re offering a FREE flu shot at 22 clinics across the City. Check the calendar to find the Flu Shot Clinic closest to you. Everyone – even healthy adults – should get their annual flu shot to help stop the spread of this highly contagious (and possibly dangerous!) respiratory illness.

Open Enrollment for 2020 is October 1-31, 2019
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to update your health benefit choices. Attend one of the Open Enrollment events (listed on the back) to visit with SFHSS staff and learn about what’s available to you in 2020. At Open Enrollment, you’ll be able to:

  • Add/change your medical and dental plan
  • Add or drop dependents from coverage
  • Drop ineligible dependents without penalty
  • Enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care or dependent care
  • City and County of San Francisco and San Francisco Superior Court employees, enroll in Voluntary Benefits
