Mindful Based Eating- YMCA (Zoom)

Eating is a social, emotional, cultural and traditional practice. In this interactive workshop, you’ll work with a small group and trained facilitator to discover how your age, gender, cultural and ethnic background can influence your eating practices.

You’ll also learn about mindful-based eating practice and discover tips for better portion control to bring the joy back to eating.
