TIS Wellness Break - Workshop
This 2 hour Wellness Session will consist of 60 mins didactic and 60 mins practice, focusing on Trauma Informed practices, Mindfulness, and Gentle Hatha Yoga. The goal of this session is to provide tools for Stress-Reduction in and outside of work that can provide immediate and long-term relief when practiced consistently. No prerequisites are needed.
This workshop will be led by Lisa Reyes, the Director of Trauma-Informed Systems (TIS), and will be focused on TIS practices, mindfulness, and incorporate gentle Hatha Yoga.
