The Joy of Movement
Human beings naturally synchronize! The beating of our hearts, pace of our breath, and cadence of our steps become intertwined. In this training we will explore concepts from psychology, neuroscience, and biology to understand why what many consider “just exercise” extends far beyond a chore to improve mental and physical and wellbeing. By moving for joy with others we increase our capacity for social connection, self-expression, and resilience.
