Understanding Burnout
Stress is an inevitable part of life. Some stress is good – it puts us into action – but long term, chronic stress, can lead to burnout. Learning to listen to our body’s alarm system and expanding our ability to cope is vital. In this presentation, we will be learning about stress and burnout, the impact on our physical and mental health, and offer evidence-based techniques help create a self-care plan to increase resilience and protect us from burnout.
