Open Enrollment (OE): Important Dates

Open Enrollment for your health benefits for Plan Year 2027 runs from October 1 through October 23, 2026 and closes at 5 p.m. PST. You can enrollment online through SF My Hub and upload all required documents directly during enrollment. If you plan to mail your enrollment application, please go into the Post Office to request they stamp the post mark date in your presence as your application must be postmarked by October 23, 2026 along with any required documents to be accepted. An October 23, 2026 post mark date is not guaranteed if you drop off the letter in the mail box as postal mail are now getting date stamped after they arrive at regional facilities. 

After you receive your Health Benefits Enrollment Confirmation Statement, review it to ensure there are no administrative errors. Only administrative errors can be corrected, and all corrections must be submitted by December 31, 2026. Changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2027.
