Social Media Comments Policy
The San Francisco Health Service System Facebook page is intended to inform and engage SFHSS members about healthcare, health benefits and wellness. It will also highlight the work we are doing at SFHSS to ensure sustainable health benefits for public employees and retirees.
SFHSS encourages comments on our Facebook page. Please keep your comments short, respectful and appropriate to the postings listed. Please do not post external links.
Individual, personal questions about member benefits should not be posted on Facebook and will be removed out of respect for member privacy. For assistance with individual issues, you must call SFHSS at (628) 652-4700 or (800) 541-2266.
Our current telephone hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm, and Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
SFHSS reserves the right to remove any posts that we find inappropriate. Repeated inappropriate posting will result in the individual being banned from the San Francisco Health Service System Facebook site and other SFHSS social media outlets.
