It’s that time of year to prepare for Open Enrollment (OE), Benefit Fairs, and how to prevent the flu. Join us for the upcoming Well-Being@Work Key Player training focused on OE, fairs, and flu prevention. Discover how to support employees in maintaining their health and staying informed this season.

Training Objectives:
- Benefit Changes & Highlights: Learn what’s new.
- Open Enrollment Promotion: Learn how you can assist in the promotion of open enrollment.
- Benefit Fairs: Encourage employees to participate in the benefit fairs happening across the city.
- Promote Flu Vaccination: Encourage employees to get vaccinated by visiting a local clinic or pharmacy to help reduce the spread of the flu at work.

3. Schedule your check-in #2 meeting with your Coordinator for December
4. Deadline to submit Kaiser Permanente activities and fruit requests for 2025 – November 1st
