Your Health by the Numbers Training

Screen Early. Stay Informed. Stay Well.

SFHSS Well-Being is launching this citywide campaign in early 2026 to help employees better understand key health numbers and take proactive steps toward improved well-being. The campaign begins with biometric health screening events at department locations across the City, followed by opportunities for employees to take action through programs like Lifestyle Coaching, the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), health education webinars, and the Healthy Habits Program.
