Join us for the Well-Being@Work Overview training designed for both new and returning Key Players. This session will cover exciting updates to the Well-Being@Work program for fiscal year 2025–2026, introduce the upcoming citywide summer challenge Good Nurtured, and highlight key details about the Employee Well-Being Resource Fair taking place this June.
Whether you’re continuing in your role or just getting started, this is a great opportunity to stay informed and get energized for the year ahead. Feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who might be interested in becoming a Champion!

- Download and review the NEW Annual Plan tracker for
- Schedule Quarter 1 Check-in Meeting with your Coordinator, July/August
- Promote Good Nurtured Challenge: Order promotional materials by 6/18, Post posters and flyers, send department emails
- Promote the SFHSS Employee Well-Being Resource Fair
- Start planning your activities and submit requests for the next 3-6 months (SFHSS-sponsored activities require 8 weeks' lead time)

Onsite Activities
Bring well-being to your workplace by requesting virtual/onsite activities that will engage employees in well-being.
Key Player Training's
Stay up to date with well-being resources you can implement at your worksite and meet other Well-Being Champions and Department Leads by attending quarterly training's hosted by SFHSS Well-Being Team.

Awards
Well-Being@Work Awards recognize departments that are taking steps toward making employee well-being a priority in the workplace. Awards recognize departments that make an exerted effort to strategically impact the well-being of their employees, following guidelines and best practices provided by the SFHSS Well-Being Team. In order to receive an award departments must have a Well-Being@Work Annual Plan in place.
