Fitting It In: Tips for Regular Activity

In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn about the benefits of exercise
- Discuss what “counts” as exercise
- Brainstorm barriers to being active and how to overcome them
- Create an exercise plan to stay motivated
- Practice a 5-to-7 minute low to moderate-intensity exercise
