Fitting It In: Tips for Regular Activity

Describe the benefits of physical activity, developing an exercise plan, overcoming barriers, and staying motivated.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the benefits of exercise
  • Discuss what “counts” as exercise
  • Brainstorm barriers to being active and how to overcome them
  • Create an exercise plan to stay motivated
  • Practice a 5-to-7 minute low to moderate-intensity exercise
