Departments are encouraged to address healthy behaviors and emotional well-being in the workplace. Additionally, they are called upon to demonstrate their organizations' commitment. Well-Being@Work provides Key Players (Department leaders and Well-Being Champions) with the resources and recognition they need to create and support a culture of well-being for all employees.
The SFHSS Well-Being Team is here to support departments every step of the way. Learn more about the resources available in each of the three areas.
Get started with 3 easy steps:
Identify Key Players - Reach out to Well-Being@sfgov.org if you do not have a Department Lead or Champion for your department location. We will provide assistance with recruitment by contacting your department's leadership.
Create a Well-Being@Work Department Annual Plan - Gather your key players together and schedule a meeting with SFHSS to develop your department's strategy to positively impact well-being at your workplace.
Request Onsite Activities - Bring well-being to the workplace through a variety of activities and programs offered by SFHSS.
