1. To enroll, visit Kaiser Permanente by clicking the button below and visit American Specialty Health’s ChooseHealthy site for Kaiser Permanente members. Click on any of the Active&Fit Direct information tiles to find a fitness center near you.

Fitness industry leader ClassPass makes it easier for you to work out from anywhere. ClassPass partners with 40,000 gyms and studios around the world, offering a range of classes including yoga, dance, cardio, boxing, Pilates, boot camp, and more. With this ClassPass offer, Kaiser Permanente members can get:

• Unlimited on-demand video workouts at no cost
• Reduced rates on in-person fitness classes

As of January 1, 2022, the ClassPass offer for Kaiser Permanente only includes fitness and workouts.

City and County of San Francisco employees can save $25 on an annual membership to Bay Wheels, the Bay Area’s bikeshare program. By unlocking your discounted membership, you have unlimited access to thousands of bikes in the Bay Area for $124/ year (less than $11/month!)

The first 45 minutes of each ride are included in the annual membership
price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 45 minutes at a time, extra
