Mental Health Awareness, Don’t Wait—Reach Out Campaign

Over the past few years, there has been a significant shift in workplace culture regarding mental health. Organizations are now more engaged in discussions, providing support, and sharing mental health resources with their employees. As employees are the backbone of an organization's success, it is crucial to support their mental health and well-being in the workplace. When employees feel that their mental health and well-being are valued and supported, workplace cultures thrive, and organizations prosper.
