SFHSS Rules and Cafeteria Plan

The San Francisco Health Service System Board has approved the following revised rules, which govern member and dependent benefits.

The SFHSS Rules cover a wide range of topics including member and dependent eligibility, coverage periods, requirements for continuing SFHSS administered health coverage in retirement, and the process for member appeals and grievances.
