The program offers you the flexibility to work out at any network fitness location on a budget.

Kaiser Permanente (all Retiree members)

Choose Healthy Discount Program:

• The Active&Fit Direct program gives you access to a fitness center membership for just $25 a month, plus a $25 enrollment fee.* Choose from 9,000+ participating fitness centers and instructor-led classes nationwide and start exercising today.
• After you sign up, you will not have to pay for an additional membership to any participating fitness center. Your credit card will be charged monthly by Active&Fit Direct and you can cancel any time after first 3 months.

1. To enroll visit American Specialty Health’s ChooseHealthy site for Kaiser Permanente members.
2. Click on any of the Active&Fit Direct information tiles to find a fitness center near you. You can also call (877) 335-2746 to learn more.

Kaiser Permanente (Medicare Advantage members)

Silver & Fit Program How to Register:

Online

1. Go to Silver & Fit by clicking the button below
2. Register to use the website
3. Choose a fitness facility or sign up for the home fitness program. Enter zip code to locate nearby participating facilities.
4. Print your welcome letter and take your fitness card to the fitness facility and start exercising!

By Phone

Call toll free at (877) 427-4788 (TTY 877 710-2746), Monday through Friday, 5am to 6pm Pacific time to select a fitness facility convenient to their location or sign up for the Home Fitness program.

• Silver & Fit will mail a welcome letter within 72 hours of account activation.
• Members should bring the welcome letter to the selected facility.

UnitedHealth Allies Discount Program (non-Medicare members):

• 50% or more discount on the enrollment fee
• 10-20% monthly fee discount to certain fitness centers
• Discount is available to anyone living within the subscriber’s household
