DeltaCare USA is a managed dental care plan. Much like medical HMOs, dental maintenance organizations require that you receive all of your dental care from a limited network of contracted dental offices. These networks are generally quite small. Before enrolling, make sure that the dentist you wish to see is in this plan's network. To participate, you must live in California in one of the zip code service areas served by this DHMO.
