These Mindfulness and Meditation sessions offer accessible, stress-relieving, and moments of clarity for the modern-day overstretched mind. You will gain access to energizing breathing exercises, guided meditations, mindful stretching, and breath-focused practices.  

Join on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 pm for 20 minutes to reboot your mind, change your brain and finish off the day strong!
