The Power of Meditation
This is the first webinar of a series offered during Mental Health Awareness Month in May 2025.
In this experiential workshop, participants will:
- Learn about the benefits of meditation.
- Identify and define key meditation concepts.
- Practice body posture and breath awareness, the two most important aspects of meditation.
