Long-Term Disability Insurance

In addition to medical, dental and vision benefits, some active City & County of San Francisco and San Francisco Superior Court employees are also eligible for disability insurance benefits. Read this information carefully to see if your bargaining unit is included. If you have questions about your eligibility, call SFHSS Member Services. Disability insurance is provided through The Hartford (formally Aetna).
