Mental Health Awareness - Civility in the Workplace

Over the past few years, there has been a significant shift in workplace culture regarding mental health. Organizations are now more engaged in discussions, providing support, and sharing mental health resources with their employees. As employees are the backbone of an organization's success, it is crucial to support their mental health and well-being in the workplace. When employees feel that their mental health and well-being are valued and supported, workplace cultures thrive, and organizations prosper.

In support of the SFHSS Mental Health Awareness (MHA) campaign this May, join us for the Key Player Training to learn what Civility in the Workplace means, how we can be more civil at work, build trust and respect among each other in addition to being supportive, inclusive and how to learn from one another.
